Paintings
An activity that truly makes me feel like myself, my paintings
are a mixture of expression, passion, meditation and beauty. Inspiration for
my paintings come from my everyday life - nature, magazines, culture, music,
friends and family. The majority of my paintings are acrylic or mixed media
on canvas or recycled MDF. To inquire about purchasing a piece

Traffic Box Painting 2008
I responded to a call for artists interested in painting traffic boxes in their community. Upon being accepted as an artist in the program I was to collect community input and create a design based on what people wanted to see. The input was incredibly diverse and I tried to include as much of it as possible by using a collage of imagery which led to my final design. Looking to connect with the youth in the community, I chose bright colours,
and kept the design playful and fun. The tedious process used stencils and spray paint
reflecting street art which I have always had an interest in. Click on the thumnails
